The Pilates Studio is a dedicated Pilates and teacher training center, founded in 1994. With over 30 years of experience, we offer expert-guided training based on the original method, as developed by Joseph Pilates.

 

The studio is led by Marjorie Oron, Romana's Pilates International Level X Master Instructor Trainer, together with her team of experienced teachers. We uphold the highest standards of classical Pilates education and practice, providing a space where clients and students alike can deepen their understanding and practice to reach their full potential.

What is
Pilates?

Pilates, originally named 'Contrology', is a dynamic mind-body workout, designed to build deep strength, improve flexibility and control, in equal measure.

 

The exercises are executed on a range of specifically designed classical Pilates apparatus, using springs, to support and enhance the full body conditioning, as well as on the mat.

Concentration, control, centering, precision, breath, and flow are the six principles of Pilates that guide every movement. Together, they elevate the entire workout and turn Pilates into more than exercise: a well-coordinated system that improves the way you move, both in practice and in daily life.
