The Pilates Studio offers a number of exercise sessions. These include:
These personalized sessions can include mat work and the use of Pilates apparatus. The sessions are one-on-one with an instructor and are tailored to each client's specific needs.
In these sessions two people work closely with one instructor. The body types have to match and both participants should have a good working knowledge of the method.
These are a series of controlled ground exercise that focus on strengthening and working from the 'Powerhouse' without equipment. They are done in small groups (7-10), and under close supervision by an instructor.
Wall Unit (3-5 people with mat and Cadillac)
These sessions are a combination of mat and exercises on the Cadillac. These sessions strengthen the suppleness of the back and, of course, the Powerhouse.
